High Flow Filtration System
The high-flow filtration system filters the oil to meet or exceed new oil cleanliness specifications. The system is designed to remove particulate contamination from a wide variety of oils and is typically equipped with high-efficiency 2.5-micron filter elements from pleated microglass media, rated Beta (c) ≥ 200 per ISO 4572. This means that 99.5% of all particles 2.5 microns and larger are removed from circulating lube oil of rotating equipment such as turbines and compressors. The units are capable of filtering oil to a particle count as low as NAS 3 specifications.
