Pickling and Passivation

Kanooz provides Pickling and Passivation services as part of its industrial chemical cleaning and pre-commissioning support for refineries, petrochemical plants, oil & gas facilities, power plants, and other industrial sectors.

Our service helps remove surface impurities, scale, rust, weld discoloration, and free iron contamination from metallic surfaces. After pickling, passivation is carried out to restore a clean and protective surface condition, supporting long-term corrosion resistance and reliable operation.

Scope includes:

• Pickling of stainless steel, alloy steel, piping, tanks, vessels, and fabricated components
• Removal of scale, rust, weld marks, heat tint, and surface contamination
• Passivation after chemical cleaning or fabrication works
• Pre-commissioning support for pipelines, equipment, and process systems
• Final rinsing, neutralization, and preservation as per project requirement
