Flare & Demountable Flare Replacement / Repair

Kanooz offers flare tip replacement, repair, inspection, and maintenance services for oil and gas industries during turnarounds and shutdowns. The scope includes fixed-type flare and demountable derrick-type flare maintenance works supported by rigging, high-elevation work procedures, and rope access inspection where required.

 

Activities include: flare tip removal/reinstallation, flare tip repair, molecular seal repair, riser/structural inspection, E&I works, cabling, loop checking, aviation signal lamp erection/testing/commissioning, heavy lift crane supply, support structure modification, guy wire inspection, and certified lifting support.
